However, knowing your numbers monthly helps you pay bills on time, collect on invoices that are owed, analyze your spending, see where changes need to be made, search for overpayments, and create and stick to a budget. There are also specific times, while speaking with a lender or an investor, where having a clear picture of your organization’s current financial records or past performance is key.
Although our goal is to have you 100% ready for your appointment with them, we leave the actual tax preparation to your accountant. They are the ones who best know the ever-changing tax laws and methods to best help their clients in that way. If you need a referral, let us know!

Yes. We Are QBO Certified Pro-Advisors. While we know there are plenty of options in financial management software out there, we find it is best to focus on mastering one and sticking to it. Through the years, we have found QBO (QuickBooks Online) to consistently meet the needs of many types of clients, they are always finding new ways to improve, and our regular training with the system helps us help you best. If you are using an alternative software, but want to work with us, we will help you make the switch seamlessly.
To begin with, we will have a discovery call where we discuss your chart of accounts and help you connect your outside accounts with QBO. Going forward, and depending on what tier of service you choose, we will be available when you have questions and to advise you on how to let your numbers work for you. However, the goal is for us to manage your accounts with minimal thought and work on your part.
Our primary focus is on helping those in the trade and service industries be less stressed and more successful. In addition, having a background in real estate, Melissa will happily help anyone in that field manage their financials, while Jessica has a strong handle on sales and inventory if your books entail that.
All plans would start with the basic bookkeeping package, and add-ons apply from there. Going ahead, on a per month basis, we can handle your Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Going backwards, we offer a diagnostic of your financial record keeping system and are happy to also perform a cleanup of your past transactions. Bookkeeping packages and add-ons
All prices are the minimum, per month charge and initial quote is subject to review based on volume and complexity.
Basic Bookkeeping
$295
Data entry, bank and credit card reconciliation, and monthly financial reports. Includes your QBO monthly fee.
Payroll services
$150
This can be a stand-alone monthly service. Payroll processing, withholding and remitting payroll taxes to federal, state and local authorities, direct deposit and other payment options, payroll reports, W-2 and 1099 Preparation. QBO Payroll monthly fee is an additional cost, as it varies, depending on amount of employees.
Accounts Payable
$195
Managing of outgoing payments to vendors, suppliers and service providers. Invoice processing, payment processing and expense management. Must be a Basic client.
Accounts Receivable
$295
Tracking and collecting money owed by customers. Invoicing, billing, payment processing and collections. Must be a Basic client.
Cleanup
$85/month $995/year
Organize, correct and update past financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review of records, catch up on uncategorized transactions, fix errors and adjustments. Can be a one-time service.
Diagnostic Review
$500
Review of records, set up of systems and best practices. Cleanup of your chart of accounts, implement automation, establish workflows. Can be a one-time service, however, $295 of this charge can be used as a credit towards your first invoice, if you continue with our monthly services.
Prepaid services receive 5% discount.
